Church Avenue. Four tracks, two island platforms. In current service patterns, all trains use the local tracks. The tile bands are maroon with black borders and no name tablet. The station features typical IND full mezzanine extending the full length and width of the station and a crossover. There is an active tower at the south end of the southbound platform. At the north end, a look into the tunnel reveals the express tracks rising from the unused and shorter lower level. There are storage tracks just south of Church Avenue which allow for layover and turn-around.
