Opened: 9/16/1888
Three tracks, two side platforms. This station has non-standard horizontal windscreen rather than vertical windscreen in the center. The mezzanine is of wood with a concrete floor and has doors to the fare control and street. There is a crossunder between platforms here. The north mezzanine and exits from the platform have been long removed. The station is four stories above the street.
