Park Place Station · Opened 8/1/1918Next is Park Place. This is a fairly deep station
with a narrow island platform. It is underneath the 8th Avenue IND,
which runs geographically north/south, over our east/west tracks. At
the east end is a long escalator, and a closed stairway with a
mechanical room over the platform. Most of the station has a high
ceiling. The only mosaic is a small "P" on the trackside walls.

- Path Platforms, 80 feet
