71st Street Station · Opened 9/15/1916

This local station has no windscreen at the north end, and on the south end only on the northbound platforms. The north exit is at 70th Street, with a closed mezzanine like at 79th Street. South exit at 71st Street has a wood floor and beige clad wood walls. At the fare control the floor is concrete over wood.
